Singer Adnan Sami has thanked senior singer Asha Bhosle after receiving the Padma Shri award. He said that Asha Bhosle has played a very important role in his career.
It may be recalled that Adnan Sami was the lead actor in the 1995 Pakistani film Sargam, in which Asha Bhosle also sang a song.
Talking to Indian media, Adnan said that he and his family are grateful to Asha Bhosle after receiving the award.
