Karachi anti-terrorism court approves Dr Asim’s request to go abroad
During the hearing, Dr Asim, Wasim Akhtar, Anis Qaim Khani and other accused appeared in the court.
Abdul Qadir Patel’s lawyer told the court that Abdul Qadir Patel could not appear in court due to the Assembly session.
During the hearing, the public prosecutor told the court that the special public prosecutor in the case was on leave.
The court issued notice to the DG Rangers and directed them to present Rangers witnesses at the next hearing.
Karachi anti-terrorism court adjourned the case till December 11.
